Our Staff

Mark Sutcliffe- Headteacher

Numeracy, ICT, PSHCE, Child Protection

'I have been here since January 2006. This is my first headship having previously worked as an assistant head in a large junior school in Bridlington. Beeford is a lovely school to learn and work in. Our children and staff are happy to be here.

I live in a small village in the Yorkshire Wolds with my wife and two daughters aged 4 and 6. We moved over to the East Riding 4 years ago to escape the noise and traffic of our hometown of Halifax.

I feel priviledged to live and work in such a beautiful part of the country.'

Mrs Muschamp-Infant teacher

SENCO, science, music, art, DT

'I have been teaching the infants at Beeford School for almost 19 years. I have enjoyed the changes and challenges that have happened during that time and I still love my job.

I believe that all children learn basic reading and numeracy skills, social skills and become independent through well planned activities and play and I do my best to plan for their individual needs.

I also teach music throughout the school and I hope that every child will take the opportunity to learn to play a recorder while they are a junior.'

Mrs Carlisle- Teaching assistant

My name is Trina Carlisle and I work as a Teaching assistant.

In 1996 I became a teaching assistant and worked at two local primary schools before I started at Beeford Primary School in January 2003.
