Mark Sutcliffe
Mark Sutcliffe was the Headteacher at Beeford School for four years (2006 - 10). Mark was a great, kind man and a strong leader.
During his 4 years as Headteacher he led the school as it transformed into the hive of activity it is today. Additions included: the trim trail, bio-diversity area, school garden, an outdoor classroom, climbing wall, a Foundation Stage Unit, a library, a school office, a traffic calming system, a car park and much more. The school is a tribute to a man who did not take 'no' for an answer.

Sadly, Mark became ill in Summer 2008 and was later diagnosed with Leukemia. Whilst ill Mark continued to work as much as possible and continued to lead the school.
Sadly Mark died in June 2010 after a brave fight.
We will always be greateful to his contributions to Beeford School and he will never be forgotten.
